Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please note we process and pack orders quickly, but will do our best to modify your order before it's processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
You will receive email updates on the status of your order as it is processed and shipped to you.
We currently on ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Ette ships orders within 48 to 72 hours of processing. You will receive an email with your tracking information once it ships, all orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day shipping. Please note we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
The fee for standard shipping is $5.00. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Please send an email to orders@beautybyette as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is packed and shipped. We cannot change an address once a package is in route and we do not issue replacement packages due to incorrect address details. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing an order.
If your tracking number says your order was delivered, but you did not receive the package please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. We will be able to provide the shipping date, tracking information, and last known location of your package. Ette will not contact any shipping services on your behalf. Please note once a package leaves our distribution facility the customer assumes all responsibility for that package.
Please note, Ette is not responsible for the refund or reship of any packages due to the below circumstances:
- Held or returned shipments due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
- Lost or stolen shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns, all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Please note, Ette reserves the right to refuse any refunds, returns, or reshipments.
In the event an order arrives damaged please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
